  • Competitive Salary: Starting at $109,855.00 per annum.
  • Based: Alice Springs
  • Term Type: This position is a fixed-term, full-time role (1FTE) until 30 June 2027, with the potential for extension.

Who we're looking for:

Are you an experienced Senior Coordinator/Educator ready to make a real impact in remote Early Childhood Education and Care settings? Join MRC and take the lead in inspiring and mentoring teams, supporting high-quality and compliant ECE programs, and shaping best practice across our services. Working closely with the Executive Manager, you'll play a key role in staff leadership, succession planning, and empowering Coordinators of Children's Services to deliver meaningful outcomes for children, families and communities.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Postgraduate degree, or working towards, and extensive experience in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a leadership position.
  • Understanding of the National Quality Standards including the regulations, standards and approved Early Learning Frameworks.
  • Current Australian Driver's License.
  • Current First Aid Certificate in Education and Care setting including CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma components.
  • NT working with Children (Ochre) Card or ability to obtain one.
  • Satisfactory completion of a Criminal History Check.
