- Position Title: Senior Coordinator Quality, Compliance and Strategy
- Competitive Salary: Starting at $98,883.00 per annum.
- Based: Alice Springs
- Term Type: This position is a fixed-term part-time role (0.8FTE) until 30 June 2027, with the potential for extension.

Who we're looking for:
Are you an experienced Aged Care Senior Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment? Do you love being the go-to person to address complex problems, including leading compliance oversight, strategic planning, policy development and client management systems? If so, consider joining MacDonnell Regional Council as the Senior Coordinator Quality, Compliance and Strategy! Work collaboratively with the Executive Manager to oversee aged care service delivery, drive workforce planning and meet funding obligations and legislative requirements, all whilst positively influencing broader Aged Care strategies.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Degree in Individual Support, Community Services or Home Care, or working towards these qualifications combined with experience working in a similar role.
- Extensive experience in the Aged Care industry and familiarity with the Aged Care Standards and regulatory framework.
- An appreciation of the challenges involved in managing a diverse workforce within a not-for-profit environment.
- Adaptability, collaboration, and passion to make a difference!
- Current NT Driver's License
- Current Ochre Card and Criminal History Check
- Capacity to travel to remote communities overnight/multiple nights
