This role involves leading a team of Civil Works staff including allocating duties, performance management, ensuring timesheets are filled out accurately, attendance, disciplinary action, implementing Council policies/procedures, toolbox meetings etc. Explain briefly, how your experience fits you into this role

This position requires someone with experience in applying and adhering to WHS legislation, policies and procedures. Explain your WHS experience and how it applies to Local Government
