A minimum of Certificate III in Community Night Patrol or equivalent qualification

6. Experience:
A minimum of 3 years experience in a position with high levels of Community Engagement

7. Community Safety:
Describe your knowledge of Community Safety Programs and associated statutory, legal and contractual obligations

8. Relationships:
Experience in establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

9. Leadership skills:
Demonstrated experience in leading teams; managing performance; training and mentoring staff across multiple sites

10. Cultural Diversity:
Demonstrated ability to work in a culturally and linguistically diverse environment

11. Remote travel:
Ability and willingness to drive a manual 4 Wheel Drive vehicle on unsealed roads to remote communities, including overnight stays for extended periods of time
