8. Experience:
Experience in an aquatic facility management and associated understanding of health and safety legislation relevant to a public swimming pool environment

9. Pool supervision:
Demonstrated skill and experience in pool supervision

10. Relationships:
Experience in establishing and maintaining good relationships with stakeholders

11. Resources management:
Proven ability in managing physical resources

12. Cross cultural experience:
Demonstrated experience in working effectively with Indigenous Australians. Comment on your experience living in a remote community.

13. Program design:
Proven experience in program design and development
