Who We're Looking For:

Are you an experienced Executive Support or Administration professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? Do you enjoy being the go-to person for providing high-level executive and administrative support while managing competing priorities with professionalism and discretion?

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised individual to support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Council President, and Executive Leadership Team through a broad range of executive, secretarial, and administrative functions. This includes coordinating meetings and travel, managing strategic calendars, preparing agendas and minutes, maintaining confidential records, supporting procurement and financial administration processes, and coordinating workshops, events, and staff recognition initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Diploma level qualification in Local Government, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Current NT Manual Drivers Licence
  • Ability to obtain and maintain NT Working with Children's Check (Ochre) Card
  • Satisfactory completion of a Criminal History Check.
