- Position Title: Coordinator Commercial Contracts, Relief CSC & ESO
- Competitive Salary: Starting at $90,397 per annum.
- Based: Alice Springs (approximately 70% travel to remote communities)
- Term Type: This position is Full time, Fixed term role until 30 June 2027

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and administer Council's commercial contracts
- Support compliance, reporting, and governance requirements
- Assist in planning and delivering projects and operational initiatives
- Provide practical advice and support to the Manager Commercial Services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, contractors, and community stakeholders
- Undertake relief duties across CSC and ESO functions as required
About You

You will bring
- Experience in coordination, administration, contracts, or project support
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Well-developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A practical, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A willingness to travel regularly to remote communities
- Essential Requirements:
Northern Territory Driver's Licence (or the ability to obtain)
Ochre Card (Working with Children Clearance)
National Police Clearance
