- Based: Alice Springs with approx. 90% travel to remote communities

Who We're Looking For
Are you an experienced Plant Operator who thrives on challenges and loves being the go-to person for safe and efficient operation of heavy plant and equipment, supporting civil construction and maintenance works across diverse sites? If so, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll need:
- Relevant and current plant and equipment tickets, with demonstrated experience operating heavy machinery including loaders, excavators, graders and trucks
- A current HC Driver's License and Construction White Card or willingness to obtain them
- Proven ability to work safely, including conducting pre-start checks, inspections and minor maintenance of plant and equipment.
- Adaptability, collaboration, and passion to make a difference
