Who We're Looking For:

Are you an experienced Plant Operator who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? Do you love being the go-to person for safe and efficient operation of heavy plant and equipment, supporting civil construction and maintenance works across diverse sites? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Relevant and current plant and equipment tickets, with demonstrated experience operating heavy machinery including loaders, excavators, graders and trucks.
  • A minimum of two years' experience operating plants and equipment in civil construction or maintenance environments.
  • A current HC Driver's License and Construction White Card.
  • Proven ability to work safely, including conducting pre-start checks, inspections and minor maintenance of plant and equipment.
  • Experience overseeing work sites and supporting or supervising staff as required
  • Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is adaptable, collaborative, and passionate about making a difference.
