  • Competitive Salary: Starting at $118,265.00 per annum.
  • Based: Alice Springs
  • Term Type: This position is a Full-Time Fixed Term role until June 30, 2028.
  • Supporting a work-life balance with:
    • Annual Leave: 6 weeks of annual leave with 17.5% leave loading.
    • RDOs: Entitlement to 3.51 hours for each pay period (for 76 hours worked).
    • Christmas Shutdown Gifted Leave: 3 days gifted leave between Christmas and New Year.

Who We're Looking For:

Are you an experienced Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? Do you love being the go-to person for leading Housing, Facilities and Project Management functions under the Council Services Directorate? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Extensive experience managing complex projects, housing portfolios, or facility programs.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Housing, Construction, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in budget development, contract management and financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working in or with remote Indigenous communities.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a NT Working with Children's (Ochre) card.
  • Satisfactory completion of a Criminal History Check.
  • Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is adaptable, collaborative, and passionate about making a difference.
