Who We're Looking For:
Are you an experienced People & Capabilities Generalist who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? Do you love being the go-to person for Operational HR support, solving people challenges, driving continuous improvement, and building trusted relationships across the council? To succeed in this role, you will:
- Deliver high-quality administrative support to the People & Culture (P&C) team, ensuring the efficient delivery of core HR functions.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes and manage administrative tasks across the entire employee lifecycle, including data entry and maintenance in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Act as the primary contact for P&C enquiries, handle confidential employee matters with discretion, and foster trusted stakeholder relationships.
- Drive continuous improvement in P&C operations by assisting in the review, development, and implementation of policies, procedures, and operational frameworks.
- Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is adaptable, collaborative, and passionate about making a difference.
