Who We're Looking For:

Are you an experienced Admin Officer who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? Do you love being the go-to person for any administrative problem solving and multitasking? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Answer telephone, email and in person enquiries from staff, clients, suppliers and other external stakeholders, responding to requests as required
• Work with the other Community Services Administration staff to achieve objectives identified in the Community Services Operational Plan
• Contribute to the development of administrative processes and procedures
• Organise meetings and take minutes, organize training, workshops, and events, raising of Purchase Orders
• Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is adaptable, collaborative, and passionate about making a difference.
