Who We're Looking For:
Are you an experienced Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? Do you love being the go-to person for coordinating program delivery in remote communities and providing support and training to ensure effectiveness? If so, we'd love to hear from you.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Diploma level qualification in Community Services or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience in a position involving high levels of community engagement
- Twelve (12) months experience within a leadership role including training and mentoring experience.
- Current NT Manual Drivers Licence
- Current First Aid Certificate or the willingness to obtain
- Ability to obtain and maintain NT Working with Children (Ochre) Card.
- Satisfactory completion of a Criminal History Check
- Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is adaptable, collaborative, and passionate about making a difference.
