This is a unique opportunity working with MacDonnell Regional Council to support the wellbeing of our residents and communities. This position will be based in our Alice Springs Office, which is the regional headquarters to councils' 13 remote communities and outstation locations. Living in a small community, there is also professional development and training offered to build your skills base and career pathways.
As the Administration Officer - Technical services, you will be responsible for completing standard reports and developing project plans, procurement and freight coordination, conducting community housing inductions for new MRC staff members, contribute to the development of tender, grant and other funding documentation.
Our successful candidate will ideally hold or working towards diploma level qualification in business, administration or project management and at least 2 years' experience within an administration role.
